Who can enter the Employee Happiness Awards?

Any organisation or individual in the UAE can participate, provided they have relevant initiatives, programs, or achievements aligned with the award categories.

What are the Award Categories?

How much does it cost to enter?

You may submit nominations for up to 3 company categories. The first 2 category nominations are free, and the third carries a fee of USD 200.

Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

It’s a simple four-step journey:

What is the eligibility period for the awards?

Your initiative, program, or campaign must have been active at least partly from June 2025 onwards

How many categories can we enter?

You can nominate in up to 3 company categories the first 2 are freeand the third is USD 200

What are your confidentiality policies?

We recognise that nominations may include sensitive business information. All submissions are reviewed solely by Jury members who are bound by confidentiality and screened for conflicts of interest. Here are our terms and conditions & Privacy Policy for your review

What is the deadline to nominate?

All deadlines and key dates are provided on the Nomination Process page.

What is the format of the final presentations?

Only finalists present to the Jury. Presentations are held online and last 20 minutes including Q&A. Winners are selected based on these presentations.

How many team members can join the final presentation?

We suggest a team of 2–3 members for an effective presentation, though this is a recommendation rather than a requirement.

When will the winners be announced?

Winners will be revealed at the Gala Awards Ceremony in Dubai. Dates for the 2026 UAE edition will be announced soon.

Do we need to purchase tickets for the Gala Awards Ceremony?

Ticket purchase is not mandatory. However, we strongly recommend attending to celebrate your team and enjoy the full awards experience.

When and where will the awards take place?

The Gala Awards Ceremony will be hosted at a 5-star venue in Dubai. Details to be revealed shortly.
